Other than as specifically provided in any separate formal purchase agreement between you and TerminalDepot, these terms and conditions (this "Agreement") apply to all of your online purchases from the website at www.terminaldepot.net (the "Web Site") and may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by you through the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement, or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s), which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions, will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and TerminalDepot.
By purchasing products and/or services from the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept this Agreement. Orders are not binding upon TerminalDepot until accepted by TerminalDepot. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. TerminalDepot will indicate its acceptance of an order by acknowledging your order by reply email or by shipping the ordered items to you.
TerminalDepot carries many of the products displayed on our Web Site. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on our Web Site may not be available at select Warehouse Centers, may occasionally be out of stock or may be discontinued without notice.
All prices and services featured on our Web Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars, are valid and effective only in the continental U.S. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, item numbers, availability and dimensions; however, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.
We are proud of our products and have referenced manufacturing techniques in general terms throughout the Web Site. Product composition and manufacturing techniques vary by product and may change over time without notice. Product Images are for illustration purposes only, final products may vary in color, finish, size, or other features.
All of our devices and software are unlocked and may be used with any processor that supports them. Please check prior to purchasing any of our devices, or software with your processor, gateway provider or software vendor to see if they are compatible with them first. You agree to not hold TerminalDepot responsible or monetarily liable for any issues due to incompatibility that arise so.
Internet orders may be paid for using the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments and PayPal. In addition to credit cards, large orders you may pay by Bank Wire transfers. Just call us at 860.799.3005 to place your order. All non-credit-card orders are subject to a 10-business-day hold. Cash is not a payment option that we accept at this time.
TerminalDepot will not be held liable or responsible for any of the charges or loss due to unauthorized use of credit cards. By purchasing the item (s) you are agreeing to the terms and are responsible for all payments, by providing TerminalDepot with a valid credit card, Amazon Payments or PayPal Account details for payment and all fees. The total order amount, including tax and delivery charges will be charged to your credit card or gift card in full at the time the order is placed. Multiple charges may appear to your credit card if modifications are made to the order by your request after the initial order had been placed.
Customs duties may be payable in some countries and International customers are responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes applicable, and custom forms required for the importation of our products into your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we recommend you contact your local customs service for more information. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery, which may cause a delay to the delivery of your items.
For all other items, we will accept a cancellation for full refund if the item has not shipped. If the item has been shipped, the return policy and procedures outlined below must be followed. To cancel an order placed on TerminalDepot.net, please contact our Customer Service Center at 860.799.3005, and speak with one of our representatives, or contact us using the form on our "Contact Us" page*. If the item has not shipped, we will credit the full amount paid back to the original credit card or gift card.
* Orders are not considered cancelled unless you receive cancellation confirmation from us.
At TerminalDepot, quality has always been a priority. Contact the TerminalDepot via Contact Page or call our Internet Service Center at 1.860.799.3005 if you’re TerminalDepot purchased product is received damaged or develops a manufacturing defect that is covered by the TerminalDepot Limited One Year Warranty. We have a network of service professionals who are ready to assist you.
We make every effort to deliver products that meet or exceed your expectations. In the event that our products do not meet your expectations the following return policies and procedures apply.
Return Procedure: Items shipped via parcel post
You must return the product, with all it accessories, including original, or refurbished manufacturer's packaging along with the completed Return Merchandise Authorization # “RMA #”, via an insured parcel post carrier within five (5) days of receiving the RMA #. Repack the item securely in its original carton. Use the Return Shipping Label attached to the Return Authorization Form that you received with your RMA # email. If you are missing your RMA # you may call our Internet Service Center at 860.799.3005. Keep the RMA # for your records.
Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer box. Items received with any writing on, taped on, torn, cut, and damage caused in any way to the original, or refurbished manufacturer's packaging, will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.
We regret that we cannot accept returns that do not include RMA # or items returned after thirty (30) days of receipt. We do not accept any returns on software, or licensing serial #’s purchases. If software support is required you will need to contact the software manufacture for support. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, replacement service will be provided at no charge within 30 days of purchase.
Your product will be inspected and processed upon return. Physically damaged* items cannot be returned. TerminalDepot has a right to refuse returns if upon inspection show any sign of physical damage, missing accessories, including original, or refurbished manufacturer's packaging. If you return any physically damaged, or missing item(s) to TerminalDepot, your product will be returned to you at your expense.
A return handling charge of 20% of the purchase price, and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. A credit will be issued to the original payment used for the purchase within fifteen (15) business days from when the item had been received at our Returns Distribution Center.
Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods.
** Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.
Shipping Time Frame
The Shipping time frames represent the amount of time it takes for the product you've ordered to go from the shipper to you. Please remember that your order needs to be process and approved, which can take several days or longer, prior to shipping. We regret that at this time, we cannot guarantee a specific amount of time for processing and approval. Also note that the shipping, approval, processing time frame comprises of business days, not weekends or holidays.
TerminalDepot uses several different shipping methods to best serve our customers. More than one shipping method is available for certain items Please be aware that not all shipping methods are available for all items, and shipping locations*. The estimated delivery date is an estimate of the approximate date the product is expected to arrive at the local Delivery service location and is subject to change. We will endeavor to keep you informed on the progress of your order. Most items are in stock.
We ship parcel post items by UPS ground, FedEx ground or a similar type shipper. In-stock items typically ship within 24 to 72 hours of order acceptance.
If item(s) have shipped or you fail to accept delivery, we will cancel your order once the items have been returned and refund your payment less shipping, and returned shipping fees. If an incorrect shipping option has been chosen, TerminalDepot has the right to change the shipping method without prior notification, if an incorrect shipping option has been chosen. (E.g. choosing business delivery, when it is a residential delivery)

TerminalDepot.net may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. For this reason, you should review these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us. Any action relating to the use of TerminalDepot.net must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Connecticut, Hartford County.
