The Brother TN-330 and TN-360 are physically identical cartridges that fit the same printers. The only difference is toner fill level:

▶ How to Install

1. Open the front cover of your Brother printer.
2. Remove the drum unit (the entire assembly slides out).
3. Push the green lock lever down and pull the old toner cartridge out of the drum unit.
4. Unbox the new cartridge. Gently rock it side to side 5-6 times to distribute toner evenly.
5. Remove the protective cover and pull tab.
6. Slide the new cartridge into the drum unit until it clicks into place.
7. Reinstall the drum unit assembly and close the front cover.

Total install time: under 60 seconds. No tools required.

▶ Drum Unit vs Toner Cartridge

This product is the TONER CARTRIDGE only (the part that contains the black toner powder). It is NOT the drum unit. The drum unit (Brother DR-360) is a separate component that lasts approximately 12,000 pages. If you see "Replace Drum" on your printer display, you need the drum unit (DR-360), not this toner cartridge. If you see "Toner Low" or "Replace Toner," this is the correct product.

▶ About Compatible vs OEM Cartridges

Compatible (aftermarket) cartridges are manufactured by third-party facilities using new components built to match OEM specifications. They are NOT refilled OEM cartridges. Our compatible toner is produced in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities with strict quality control. Each cartridge is individually tested before packaging.

Using a compatible cartridge does not void your printer warranty. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Preservation Act (15 U.S.C. 2302), printer manufacturers cannot require you to use OEM-branded supplies as a condition of warranty coverage. Your printer warranty remains fully intact.

▶ Troubleshooting

• "Toner Low" after installing new cartridge? Some Brother printers require a manual reset. Open and close the front cover to reset the toner counter. If that does not work, hold the GO button for 4 seconds.
• Light or faded prints? Remove the cartridge and rock it side to side 5-6 times to redistribute toner. Reinstall.
• Lines or streaks on page? Clean the corona wire inside the drum unit. There is a green tab you can slide back and forth. Also check if the drum unit needs replacement (12,000 page life).
• Printer does not recognize cartridge? Remove cartridge, check that the protective pull tab was fully removed, reseat the cartridge until it clicks. Open and close front cover.

▶ Storage

Store cartridges in original sealed packaging until ready to install. Keep in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight. Do not open the sealed bag until installation. Shelf life is approximately 24 months in sealed packaging. Once installed, use within 6 months for best print quality.

▶ Warranty

Every cartridge includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. If a cartridge is defective (leaking toner, not recognized by printer, producing defective prints from first use), contact TerminalDepot for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Defective cartridges are replaced or credited after inspection. Warranty does not cover normal toner depletion or damage caused by incompatible drum units.
