Description
Brother TN-760 / TN-730 Compatible Black Toner Cartridge - High Yield Black Laser Toner
One cartridge replaces both the Brother TN-760 high yield and TN-730 standard yield toner. You get the full 3,000 page high yield capacity either way - 1,800 more pages than a standard TN-730 in the same slot. Drop it in, print, and stop paying OEM prices for the same black and white pages.
Every cartridge is built new (not remanufactured), individually tested before shipping, and backed by a 1-year warranty. If your printer takes TN-730 or TN-760, this is the cartridge.

▶ TN-730 vs TN-760 vs TN-770 - Which Do I Need?
TN-730 (1,200 pages) and TN-760 (3,000 pages) fit the same printers. This cartridge gives you the full 3,000 page capacity, so it replaces either one - there is no reason to buy the smaller cartridge.
TN-770 is a larger 4,500 page cartridge used only by the HL-L2370DW, HL-L2370DW XL, MFC-L2750DW, and MFC-L2750DW XL. Those four printers accept this cartridge too. If you specifically want the TN-770, we sell a compatible TN-770 separately.
▶ Printer Says Replace Toner After Installing? Read This First
This is the most common complaint with any non-Brother cartridge, and it is almost never a bad cartridge. Brother printers track page counts electronically, and firmware updates have made them stricter about new cartridges.
Before assuming the cartridge is defective:
✅ Remove the cartridge from the drum unit and reseat it until it clicks
✅ Check that all shipping tape and protective covers are removed
✅ Close the front cover fully, then power the printer off and on
✅ Confirm you replaced the toner cartridge, not the drum - they are separate parts that come apart
If the message persists, contact us with your printer model. Most Brother printers in this series have a model-specific reset procedure and we will walk you through it in a couple of minutes. Do not disassemble the cartridge.
▶ Do I Also Need a Drum Unit?
Toner and drum are separate parts in these printers. The toner cartridge (this product) holds the powder and is replaced every 3,000-6,000 pages. The DR-730 drum unit transfers the image and lasts about 12,000 pages. If your printer says Replace Drum, or prints have repeating spots and lines, you need the drum - search DR-730 on our site. If prints are fading or the printer says Replace Toner, you are in the right place.
▶ How to Install
Open the front cover and remove the toner and drum assembly. Press the green lock lever and slide the old toner cartridge out of the drum unit. Unbox the new cartridge, rock it gently side to side a few times to distribute the toner, and remove the protective cover. Slide it into the drum unit until it locks, put the assembly back in the printer, and close the cover.
▶ About Compatible vs OEM
Compatible means built new to the same specifications as the original - same fit, same yield, same print behavior. It is not refilled or remanufactured. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, using compatible toner does not void your printer warranty. Brother cannot deny warranty service just because you used non-Brother supplies.
▶ Warranty Information
Every cartridge carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects, with a defect rate under 1%. Each cartridge is individually tested before packaging. If a cartridge fails, contact us for a Return Authorization number and we will replace it or issue full credit after inspection.
