NOT included (sold separately):
- ⚠️ Power supply, required to power your terminal through the cable's external power port — sold separately here.
- ⚠️ Ethernet cable from wall jack to this cable's RJ45 port (standard Cat5e/Cat6 patch cable)

- Ingenico Lane 3000, 5000, 7000, or 8000 terminal
▶ How to Install (Step by Step)
- Power off your Ingenico Lane terminal.
- Connect the proprietary end of this cable to the port on the bottom of your Lane terminal.
- Connect the RJ45 (Ethernet) end to your network switch, router, or wall Ethernet jack.
- Connect your Ingenico power supply to the external power port on this cable.

Tip: For best results, use a direct wired connection to your network switch rather than running through multiple patch panels. This minimizes latency during card transactions.

▶ Troubleshooting — Terminal Not Connecting to Network
- No network connection? Verify the RJ45 end is securely plugged into an active Ethernet port. Check for link lights on your network switch.
- Terminal not powering on? The power supply must be connected to the external power port on this cable, not directly to the terminal. Make sure the power supply is plugged into a live outlet.
- Intermittent connection drops? Check for loose cable connections at both ends. Try a different Ethernet port on your switch. Replace the patch cable between the wall jack and this cable's RJ45 connector.
- Slow transactions? Avoid using Wi-Fi adapters or long daisy-chained Ethernet runs. A direct wired connection to your router or switch provides the fastest, most reliable payment processing.
- Wrong cable? If the connector doesn't fit your terminal, you may have a Desk series or legacy Ingenico model. Check the model number on the back of your terminal.
▶ Why Use OEM Cables?
Third-party cables may not maintain proper pin alignment, shielding, or power delivery for Ingenico Lane terminals. Using OEM cables ensures:
- ✅ Correct pin configuration for reliable data transmission
- ✅ Proper shielding to prevent interference near other electronics
- ✅ Correct power delivery specs to avoid terminal damage
- ✅ Full compatibility with all Lane firmware versions
- ✅ No risk of voiding your terminal warranty
OEM Part #296114829AD — this is the exact cable Ingenico specifies for Lane, ICT, or IPP series Ethernet installations.
