Description
Coreless Thermal Paper for the Dejavoo QD4 - 2 1/4 x 75 ft Rolls, BPA-Free and American Made
Coreless thermal paper keeps the Dejavoo QD4 on your counter printing longer between changes. The QD4 handles card, contactless, and receipt printing in one unit, so an empty roll stalls the whole checkout. These 2 1/4 in (58mm) rolls carry 75 ft of paper instead of the usual 50 ft, wound without a core to 38.9mm across so they sit inside the QD4's 40mm roll limit. Load one, close the cover, and it feeds clean and prints sharp.
No ink. No ribbon. No faded or half-printed receipts - a clean, dark image edge to edge on every ticket. Just consistent, USA-made thermal stock your terminal can run all day.
Key Features
- ✅ 75 ft of paper per roll - half again as much as a 50 ft roll, so the line at the register waits on a paper change a third less often
- ✅ 38.9mm finished roll diameter sits inside the QD4's 40mm limit, so the printer cover shuts on a full roll without pressure
- ✅ Coreless wind - nothing left in the printer to remove when a roll runs out
- ✅ BPA-free coating for the receipts your cashiers and customers handle all day
- ✅ End-of-roll indicator gives the cashier warning before the paper runs out mid-sale
- ✅ Made in the United States to one specification, case after case

▶ How to Change the Paper in a Dejavoo QD4
- Lift the printer cover at the top of the QD4.
- Take out the last of the old paper. A coreless roll leaves no core behind.
- Set the new roll in the compartment so the shiny thermal side will face the print head, then draw a few inches of paper past the cover edge.
- Close the cover firmly and run a test print.
Tip: paper feeding but printing blank means the roll is facing the wrong way. Turn it around so the shiny side meets the print head.
▶ Roll Sizes the Dejavoo QD4 Accepts
The QD4's built-in printer takes 58mm (2 1/4 in) paper up to a 40mm roll diameter.
✅ 2 1/4 in x 75 ft coreless (this product) - 38.9mm across. The most paper per roll the QD4 takes.
✅ 2 1/4 in x 50 ft with a 1/2 in core - 37mm across. See Dejavoo QD4 Thermal Paper Rolls for packs from 6 rolls up.
❌ 2 1/4 in x 85 ft - roughly 45mm across. Too big for the 40mm compartment; the cover will not close.
❌ 2 1/4 in x 230 ft register rolls - built for full-size receipt printers, not a payment terminal.
❌ 3 1/8 in (80mm) rolls - too wide for the QD4's 58mm printer.
▶ Fixing Blank, Faded, or Jammed Receipts
• Paper comes out blank: the roll is in backwards. Turn it so the shiny coated side faces the print head.
• Print is light or gray: the paper is bond rather than thermal, or it was stored somewhere hot. The QD4 printer has no ribbon and prints only on thermal paper.
• Cover will not shut: the roll is over 40mm across. Use the 75 ft coreless or 50 ft cored roll.
• Paper jams: reload the roll, make sure the leading edge is not creased, and check the print roller is seated in the cover.
▶ Why Coreless Paper Suits a Countertop Terminal
A countertop QD4 is usually the only terminal at the register, so every paper change holds up the line. The paper compartment sets the limit on how much paper fits, and a core uses up the center of that space without printing a single receipt. Winding the paper without one fits 75 ft where a cored roll holds 50 ft, which means fewer changes during the lunch rush or the Saturday afternoon line.
▶ Why American-Made Paper
Receipt paper is the lowest-cost part of a payment terminal and the part most likely to cause trouble: a roll wound too large for the cover, a coating that prints faint, a roll that runs short. These rolls are made in the United States to a single specification, so each case loads and prints the same as the last one.
▶ Storage
Heat and light darken thermal coating. Keep spare rolls in their packaging, away from windows, heaters, and hot back rooms. Stored at normal room temperature, they hold full print quality for 5 years or more.
