▶ How to Load Receipt Paper in a TM-H6000

1. With the printer on, lift the roll paper cover by the tabs on both sides.
2. Take out the empty core.
3. Set the new roll in the compartment.
4. Pull out a few inches of paper, close the cover, and tear off the extra on the manual cutter.

Tip: a blank receipt means the roll went in backwards. Turn it around and reload.

▶ Troubleshooting Blank or Light Receipts

• Receipt comes out blank: the roll is in backwards. Turn it around.

• Print is gray or uneven: the roll may not be thermal, or it sat somewhere hot before use. Load a roll from a sealed pack.
