▶ TM-m30 vs TM-m30II - Different Paper Core Size

The original TM-m30 uses a 1/2" inner diameter core. The newer TM-m30II series uses a 7/16" core. These are NOT interchangeable without potential fit issues. If your printer label says "TM-m30II" (with the Roman numeral II), you need our TM-m30II Series paper, not this listing. If it says "TM-m30" without "II," you are in the right place.

▶ How to Load Paper in the Epson TM-m30

1. Open the paper cover by pressing the cover release lever.
2. Drop the new roll into the compartment with the paper feeding from the bottom (thermal side facing up).
3. Pull a short length of paper past the tear bar.
4. Close the cover firmly until it clicks. The printer will auto-feed and cut a test strip.

If the receipt prints blank, the roll is loaded backwards. Flip it over so the thermal coating faces the print head.

Store rolls in original packaging away from direct sunlight, heat sources above 77F (25C), and high humidity. Avoid contact with plasticizers (PVC binders, plastic wrap), solvents, and hand sanitizer. Thermal images remain legible 7+ years under recommended conditions. Once exposed to sustained heat or UV, images may fade prematurely.
