Ingenico iPP320 and iPP350 Backplate for Havis FlexiPole Stands

A PIN pad left loose on the counter gets shoved, dropped and dragged by its own cable every shift. This backplate is the piece that holds an Ingenico iPP320 or iPP350 on a Havis FlexiPole stand, so the terminal stays put, faces the customer and keeps its cables out of harm's way.

It is Havis part CST00119A, made for the iPP320 and iPP350 only. Havis bought ENS, the company behind Tailwind stands, in January 2022. The plate that used to carry the Tailwind name now carries Havis's, under the same part number.

▶ How to Put It On

1. Hook the backplate onto the back of the iPP320 or iPP350.
2. If a screw is already sitting where the plate fastens, take it out first.
3. Fasten the plate with a Pozidriv (PZ) screwdriver. Havis recommends 40 cNm of torque.
4. Line the plate's bosses up with the holes in the stand head and seat the terminal.
5. On a locking stand, turn the key, then take it out to lock the terminal in place.

Tailwind stands were made by ENS. Havis bought ENS in January 2022 and sells the line as Havis FlexiPole today. The part number never changed, so a CST00119A on an old Tailwind invoice and a CST00119A from Havis are the same plate.
