▶ How to Load

Open the printer cover using the release latch and remove the empty core. Drop in the new roll so the paper feeds from the bottom with the thermal side facing up. Run a fingernail across the paper: the side that leaves a dark mark is the print side. Pull a short length past the cutter, close the cover until it clicks, and tear off the excess. The printer is ready.

▶ Storage

Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and chemical solvents. Keep them away from hand sanitizer, adhesive tape, and plastics such as PVC binders and plastic sleeves. Thermal paper reacts to heat and chemicals, so proper storage preserves image quality for the life of the receipt. Shelf life under recommended conditions exceeds five years.
