▶ How to Load

Press the release button and open the printer cover. Set the new roll in the holder so the paper feeds from the bottom of the roll toward you, then pull a few inches of paper past the print head. Close the cover until it clicks, press feed once to confirm smooth feeding, and tear off the excess at the tear bar. If the paper feeds crooked, reopen the cover, reseat the roll flat in the holder, and clear any torn fragments from the paper path.

Store rolls in a cool, dry place in their original packaging until use. Bond paper is far less sensitive than thermal stock, but high humidity can swell the paper and cause feeding problems, so avoid damp storage areas. Kept dry, unused rolls stay printer-ready for years.
