Description
Genuine Ingenico Ethernet Cable with External Power Port, Part 296114829AD
This is the genuine Ingenico cable that puts a Lane, iPP or iSC terminal on your wired network and brings its power in through the same cord. One end plugs into the terminal, the RJ45 end goes to your router or switch, and your Ingenico power supply plugs into the port on the cable.
It fits the Lane 3000, 3600, 5000, 7000 and 8000, the AXIUM RX5000, RX7000 and RX9000, and the iPP, iSC and iCT models listed below. Same part number, same cable, whichever of those terminals is on your counter.
✅ Key Features
- ✅ Genuine Ingenico cable, part number 296114829AD
- ✅ Wired network connection, so card approvals don't depend on the store's Wi-Fi
- ✅ Power port on the cable, so the terminal runs from one cord instead of two
- ✅ 2m (6.6 ft) long, for a router or switch near the counter
- ✅ One cable for the Lane, AXIUM RX, iPP, iSC and iCT models listed here

▶ What's Included and What You Need
• In the box: one Ingenico 296114829AD Ethernet cable with external power port.
• You also need an Ingenico power supply. The Ingenico 296196003 power supply fits Lane, iPP and iSC terminals.
• You also need an open port on your router or network switch.
▶ How to Connect It
• Power off the terminal.
• Plug the terminal end of the cable into the terminal.
• Run the RJ45 end to your router, switch or wall network jack.
• Plug the Ingenico power supply into the power port on the cable, then into the outlet.
• Power the terminal on and confirm it shows a network connection before the first sale.
▶ Which Ingenico Cable Do I Need?
• Terminal farther than 2m from the network: the 13 ft Lane Ethernet cable.
• Want to use your own patch cable: the Ingenico Ethernet socket cable, CAB350901.
• POS connects by USB instead of the network: the Ingenico powered USB cable, 296111170AD.
• POS uses a serial port: the Ingenico RS232 (DB9) cable.
▶ Compatible Terminals
• Lane series: Lane 3000, Lane 3600, Lane 5000, Lane 7000, Lane 8000.
• AXIUM: RX5000, RX7000, RX9000.
• iPP series: iPP320, iPP350.
• iSC series: iSC220, iSC250, iSC350, iSC480.
• iCT series: iCT220, iCT250.
▶ Terminal Won't Connect or Won't Power On
• No network: check that the RJ45 end is seated and that the port on your router or switch shows a link light. Try a different port.
• No power: the power supply goes into the port on this cable, not into the terminal. Check that the supply is plugged into a live outlet.
• Drops in and out: reseat both ends of the cable, and replace any patch cable between the wall jack and your switch.
▶ Why a Genuine Ingenico Cable
This is the cable Ingenico itself builds under part number 296114829AD, with the connector, network wiring and power pass-through made for its own terminals. When a counter terminal goes offline, the cable is the cheapest part to rule out, and a genuine one takes it off the list.
