Description

American Made 1-Ply Bond Paper Rolls for the Sharp EL-1197P and EL-1197PIII Printing Calculators

Premium American-made 1-ply bond paper rolls for the Sharp EL-1197P and EL-1197PIII printing calculators. Both generations take the same 2 1/4" x 150' roll, so one paper works whether your desk runs the older P or the current PIII. Uncoated white bond feeds cleanly through the ribbon printer and gives you a permanent printed tape for your records.

Key Features

  • ✅ Guaranteed fit for both the Sharp EL-1197P and EL-1197PIII - one roll spec covers both generations
  • ✅ Uncoated 1-ply bond takes ribbon ink cleanly, so the printed tape stays legible for years in your files
  • ✅ Lint-free stock keeps paper dust out of the print mechanism between cleanings
  • ✅ 150 ft per roll means far fewer changes than short economy rolls
  • ✅ American-made supply chain delivers the same paper spec on every case

▶ Why American-Made

Every roll is made in the United States from consistent, lint-free bond stock with tight winding tolerances. Bargain rolls are the leading source of paper lint inside ribbon printers, and loose or uneven winding is what causes tape jams mid-total. An American-made supply chain also means the spec never drifts between cases - the roll you load next year matches the one you load today.

▶ Compatible Calculators

  • ✅ Sharp EL-1197P
  • ✅ Sharp EL-1197PIII

Confirm your calculator uses a 2 1/4 in wide roll before ordering. Running a different model? Search our store for your model name to find its dedicated paper page.

▶ How to Load

Raise the paper holder arm on the back of the calculator and set the roll on the arm with the paper feeding from the bottom of the roll toward the machine. Slide the leading edge into the paper slot behind the print mechanism and press the paper feed key until the tape comes up through the top. Tear against the edge - no tools needed. If the tape prints faint, replace the ink ribbon rather than the paper: the paper is uncoated and the image comes entirely from the ribbon.

▶ Storage

Bond paper is uncoated and shelf-stable. Keep the carton dry and out of direct sunlight and the rolls stay bright and curl-free for years - there is no thermal coating to age. Load one roll at a time and keep the rest boxed until you need them.
