Confirm your printer accepts a 1/2" (12.7mm) core before ordering. Core sizes vary by model.

▶ How to Load Paper

Press the cover release lever to open the printer. Remove the empty core. Place the new roll with paper feeding from the bottom (thermal side facing up). Pull a few inches past the cutter and close the cover until it clicks. The printer will auto-feed and cut. Not sure which side is thermal? Scratch the paper with your fingernail - the side that leaves a dark mark is the print side.

▶ Storage and Handling

Store rolls in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and chemical solvents. Avoid contact with hand sanitizer, adhesive tape, and plasticizers, which can affect the thermal coating. Properly stored thermal paper holds its print for 5-7 years.
