▶ How to Load

Open the top cover of the TC310 and spread the media holders. Seat the roll so the paper feeds off the top of the roll toward the front of the printer with the coated side facing up. Route the leading edge under the media guides, close the cover until it latches, and press feed to align. If output is blank, the roll is loaded upside down - the coating must face the print head.

▶ Storage

Store rolls flat in their original carton in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and solvents. Properly stored thermal paper keeps for 5 or more years. Load one roll at a time and leave the rest sealed until you need them, and your last roll will print as cleanly as your first.
