1. Press the release latch on the top of the terminal to open the paper compartment cover.
2. Remove the empty core if one is present.
3. Unwind a few inches of paper from the new roll so the leading edge hangs free.
4. Set the roll into the compartment with the paper feeding from the bottom of the roll.
5. Lay the leading edge of the paper across the compartment opening and close the cover firmly until it clicks.
6. Press any key to advance the paper and confirm the feed is straight and clean.
