▶ How to Load

Pull up on the paper cover latch at the back of the Move 3500 and lift the cover open. Drop the new roll into the compartment with the paper feeding from underneath the roll toward you. Pull a few inches of paper past the tear bar, snap the cover shut, and tear off the excess. If receipts come out blank, flip the roll: thermal paper prints on one side only.

▶ Storage

Store rolls flat in their original carton in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and solvents. Properly stored thermal paper keeps for 5 or more years. Load one roll at a time and leave the rest sealed until you need them, and your last roll will print as cleanly as your first.
